the list of Defense Witnesses with an order limiting the Defense to
a list of 12 Defense Witnesses, to be submitte by October 14, 2012.   
November 12, 2012 Defense begins Case-in-Chief and DW 1 begins providing testimony
December 9, 2012 Opposition blockade called; only defense counsel
Mizanur Rahman was present. Tribunal issued order that if defense did not
produce its witness on Monday, December 10, they would be barred from
producing further witnesses
December 10, 2012 Tribunal instructed defense to bring witness to court
in time for the afternoon session. Upon failure of witness to appear the
court issued an order barring further defense witnesses unless Defense
presented satisfactory explanation for its failure to come to court.
